Dental AI 개인정보처리방침

1. 수집하지 않는 정보

• 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소 등 신원을 식별할 수 있는 정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다.
• 계정이 없으므로 로그인 기록도 존재하지 않습니다.

2. 기기 안에만 저장되는 정보

다음 정보는 앱이 기능을 제공하기 위해 이용자 기기 내부 저장소에 보관합니다. 개발사는 이 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.

• 촬영 사진 — 잇몸·치아·편도 사진. 기기 내 IndexedDB에 저장됩니다. 기기 사진첩(갤러리)에는 저장되지 않습니다.
• 분석 기록 — 날짜, 판정 결과, 수치 지표, 썸네일 이미지.
• 프로필 응답 — 성별, 출생 연도, 흡연 여부, 칫솔질 습관, 구강 병력. 맞춤 안내 문구를 만드는 데만 쓰입니다.
• 앱 설정 — 언어, 음성 해설 켬/끔.

이 정보는 앱 내 「내 정보 → 모든 데이터 삭제」로 언제든지 완전히 지울 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제해도 함께 제거됩니다.

3. 카메라 권한

구강 사진 촬영에만 사용합니다. 촬영된 영상은 실시간으로 기기 안에서 처리되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 갤러리에서 사진을 직접 고를 수도 있으며, 이 경우 카메라 권한 없이도 앱을 쓸 수 있습니다.

4. 분석 처리 위치

모든 이미지 분석은 기기 안에서(온디바이스) 수행됩니다. 사진이 분석을 위해 서버나 외부 AI 서비스로 업로드되는 일은 없습니다.

5. 광고 (Google AdMob)

무료 이용 시 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. 배너 광고와, 분석 결과를 보기 전 이용자가 직접 선택해 시청하는 동영상 광고가 있습니다.

• Google은 광고 제공·측정·사기 방지를 위해 광고 ID와 대략적인 기기 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
• 개발사는 이 데이터를 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
• 이용자는 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다.

이용자가 촬영한 사진이나 분석 결과가 광고 목적으로 사용되는 일은 없습니다.

6. 인앱 구독 (Dental AI 프로)

• 월 자동 갱신 구독을 제공하며, 혜택은 광고 제거입니다.
• 결제는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 개발사는 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 수신하지도, 보관하지도 않습니다.
• 앱은 "구독 중인지 여부"만 확인하며, 이 상태는 기기 안에 캐시됩니다.
• 해지·환불·결제 수단 변경은 Google Play 구독 화면에서 처리됩니다. 앱 내 「구독 관리·해지」 버튼이 해당 화면으로 연결됩니다.
• 해지해도 이미 결제된 기간이 끝날 때까지는 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

7. 제3자 제공

개발사는 이용자 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 애초에 개발사 서버로 전송되는 개인정보가 없습니다. 앱이 연동하는 외부 서비스는 위에 적은 Google AdMob(광고)과 Google Play 결제뿐입니다.

8. 아동

이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 의료 관련 고지

Dental AI는 구강 상태 기록·참고용 앱이며 의료기기가 아니고 진단을 제공하지 않습니다. 스마트폰 사진 한 장으로는 치주낭 깊이, 탐침 시 출혈, 치조골 상태를 알 수 없습니다. 분석 결과는 치과 진료를 대체하지 않습니다. 통증·출혈·부종이 있거나 이상 신호가 반복되면 반드시 치과 또는 이비인후과 진료를 받으시기 바랍니다.

10. 변경

본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 수정일과 함께 게시합니다.

Dental AI Privacy Policy

1. Information we do not collect

• We collect no personally identifying information — no name, email, phone number or address.
• There are no accounts, so there are no login records.

2. Information stored only on your device

The app keeps the following in your device's local storage so it can work. We have no access to it.

• Photos you take of gums, teeth or tonsils — stored in on-device IndexedDB, not in your phone's photo gallery.
• Analysis records — date, result, numeric indicators, thumbnail.
• Profile answers — sex, birth year, smoking, brushing habits, oral history. Used only to word the personalised notes.
• App settings — language, voice narration on/off.

You can erase all of it at any time via My Info → Delete all data in the app, and it is removed when you uninstall.

3. Camera permission

Used only to photograph your mouth. The camera feed is processed on your device in real time and is never transmitted. You may also pick an existing photo instead, in which case the app works without camera permission.

4. Where analysis happens

All image analysis runs on your device. Photos are never uploaded to a server or an external AI service for analysis.

5. Advertising (Google AdMob)

Free use is supported by Google AdMob: a banner, and a video ad you choose to watch before seeing a result.

• Google may process an advertising ID and coarse device information to serve, measure and protect ads.
• We neither collect nor retain that data.
• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.

Your photos and results are never used for advertising.

6. In-app subscription (Dental AI Pro)

• A monthly auto-renewing subscription whose only benefit is removing ads.
• Payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive or store card or payment details.
• The app only checks whether a subscription is active; that status is cached on your device.
• Cancellation, refunds and payment-method changes are handled in Google Play. The in-app "Manage or cancel" button opens that screen.
• If you cancel, access continues until the paid period ends.

7. Third parties

We do not sell or share user information. No personal data reaches our servers in the first place. The only external services the app touches are Google AdMob and Google Play billing.

8. Children

This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Medical notice

Dental AI is a logging and reference tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis. A smartphone photo cannot reveal periodontal pocket depth, bleeding on probing, or bone level. Results do not replace dental care. If you have pain, bleeding or swelling, or if signs persist, please see a dentist or ENT.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
