이용약관Terms of Service
본 약관은 Air Block L.L.C-FZ(이하 "당사")가 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 및 서비스(이하 "서비스") 이용에 적용됩니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. These terms govern your use of the mobile applications and services ("Services") provided by Air Block L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
1. 서비스 이용1. Use of the Services
이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수하여 서비스를 이용해야 하며, 서비스를 불법적이거나 타인의 권리를 침해하는 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. You must use the Services in compliance with applicable law and these terms, and must not use them for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
2. 정보의 성격 및 면책2. Nature of Information & Disclaimer
당사 앱이 제공하는 주식·암호화폐·환율·원자재·부동산 등 시장 및 금융 관련 정보, 분석, 시그널은 일반적인 참고 정보이며, 투자 권유, 금융 자문, 매매 추천이 아닙니다. 데이터는 제3자 출처에 기반할 수 있어 지연·오류·누락이 있을 수 있습니다. 투자 등 모든 의사결정과 그 결과에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다. 건강 관련 앱(예: Dental AI, Toilet AI)의 정보는 의료 진단·처방을 대체하지 않습니다.
Market and financial information, analysis, and signals in our apps (stocks, crypto, FX, commodities, real estate, etc.) are general reference information only and do not constitute investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell. Data may be sourced from third parties and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for all decisions and their outcomes. Information in health-related apps (e.g., Dental AI, Toilet AI) is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
3. 구독 및 결제3. Subscriptions & Payments
일부 기능은 유료 구독으로 제공될 수 있습니다. 결제, 갱신, 환불은 Google Play 또는 Apple App Store의 정책에 따라 처리되며, 구독 관리 및 취소는 각 스토어 계정에서 할 수 있습니다. Some features may require a paid subscription. Billing, renewal, and refunds are handled under the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store, and you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account.
4. 지식재산권4. Intellectual Property
서비스와 관련 콘텐츠·디자인·상표에 대한 권리는 당사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 사전 동의 없이 복제·배포·2차 가공할 수 없습니다. All rights in the Services and related content, design, and trademarks belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without prior consent.
5. 책임의 제한5. Limitation of Liability
관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서, 당사는 서비스 이용 또는 이용 불능, 정보의 정확성, 투자 결과 등으로 발생한 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, the accuracy of information, or any investment outcome.
6. 약관의 변경6. Changes to These Terms
당사는 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. We may modify these terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
